Job Description

Educational Qualification:

Graduation/MBA or equivalent  

Roles and Responsibility at Excelsis:

  • Assist in identification of customers, development of sales opportunities and conversion of opportunities into profitable sales agreements in a time bound manner. 
  • Provide analysis of information on market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends. 
  • Consistent networking and lobbying with current and potential customers in the domestic and international market. 
  • Assist with the end-to-end tender management process, including bid preparation, submission, and post-submission activities.  
  • Liaison with all involved departments on tendering/bidding activities and contract reviews. 
  • To collate tender information and references from various sources  
  • To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions. 
  • Liaise with consultants, sub- contractors and suppliers in order to resolve issues relating to contracts.

  • Self-driven, motivated team player with excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and time management skills 
  • Effective negotiations skills. 
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
