Roles and Responsibility

• Develop service, operation, and maintenance teams by guiding, mentoring, and training them for online and booster CNG compressors and allied products across PAN India and overseas
• Review tenders and prepare detailed scope of supplies for execution and plant project teams
• Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of CNG station equipment to improve the company’s bottom line
• Support the sales team by generating leads and converting orders while maintaining targeted margins
• Train regional teams in O&M, service, and aftermarket support using advanced IoT- and SCADA-based systems
• Support marketing teams by providing application data for Biogas, LNG, and Hydrogen programs implemented by CGD companies
• Support business development functions by offering different business models, including wet leasing
• Plan and implement comprehensive and annual maintenance plans to improve the company’s top and bottom line
• Establish and implement systems for complaint analysis, fault analysis, and rectification
• Ensure smooth execution of erection and commissioning of compressor stations across India and overseas
• Spearhead end-to-end erection and commissioning of equipment to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring project completion within minimum turnaround time
• Enhance customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical services
• Ensure compliance with and guide teams in implementing applicable legal provisions, including PESO and DISH requirements
• Provide product training to customers and aftermarket contractors
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure seamless service and O&M operations
• Conduct price and contract negotiations with clients to establish contract details and achieve targeted profit margins
• Manage warranty claims and monitor and facilitate recovery management
