Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities at Hansa

  • Identifying and establishing new business in the Oil & Gas domain
  • Handling pre-sales, post-sales, and business development activities for CNG/LNG compressors/pumps and related applications
  • Preparing market survey analyses and presenting findings to the organization
  • Creating business plans, assigning targets, and implementing strategies for both direct and indirect sales
  • Managing on-site and online bidding tenders, and preparing quotations and proposals
  • Researching and analyzing competitive intelligence to identify threats, market trends, and unique selling points
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing business opportunities through market mapping and lead generation
  • Managing initial client interactions including inquiry evaluation and preliminary compressor model selection
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to enhance product visibility and boost sales volumes
  • Organizing sales promotion programs and participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.
  • Preparing complete, accurate, and high-quality techno-commercial proposals
  • Reviewing and responding to technical queries
  • Conducting contract reviews and preparing order handovers to the execution team
  • Leading the project execution team in pre-order activities
  • Supporting the preparation of equipment datasheets, specifications, vendor interactions, offer evaluations, and document reviews
  • Driving business generation and achieving targeted sales figures, including timely payment collections
  • Mentoring, motivating, and guiding team members to build a high-performance sales team
  • Developing the Aftermarket business and contributing to both the top and bottom lines of the organization
