About the Role

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will work closely with the shop-floor and production teams, assisting in day-to-day manufacturing operations, process monitoring, and efficiency improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production planning and shop-floor coordination.
• Assist in monitoring machine operations and equipment efficiency.
• Help with data collection for productivity and cost analysis.
• Contribute to workplace safety and 5S implementation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in manufacturing systems and shop-floor operations.
• Freshers with academic exposure to production practices are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
