Roles and Responsibility

• Perform incoming inspection of purchased and machined components, verifying material certificates, dimensional compliance, and traceability
• Conduct in-process quality checks during bare block assembly and package assembly to ensure conformity with drawings, SOPs, inspection plans, and torque requirements
• Carry out or witness final inspection, test verification, and release checks for compressor assemblies and packaged units before dispatch
• Review and maintain quality plans, inspection and test plans, control plans, stage inspection records, and manufacturing record books
• Monitor and control non-conforming material, prepare NCRs, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams
• Support calibration planning and certificate review for inspection, measuring, and test equipment
• Participate in customer inspections, TPIA or witness points, and release dossier preparation
• Prepare and submit quality reports, trend analysis, and defect summaries to management
• Support audits, process reviews, and continual improvement activities such as 5S, lean quality, and defect reduction
• Coordinate with suppliers and stores on material issues, deviations, and quality concerns affecting production
