Roles and Responsibility at Excelsis

• Achieve the set targets for delivery and production efficiency in the factory as defined by management
• Carry out basic upkeep and maintenance activities for machines and other utility plant equipment
• Maintain existing production records and documentation
• Actively participate in the New Product Development process for production and development activities
• Carry out required activities for in-process inspection and final inspection of machines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and address shop-floor issues related to production
• Implement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and other areas of improvement
• Execute activities related to the ISO system for the Production function
• Carry out activities related to LEAN manufacturing, 5S, and Visual Management as directed by superiors
• Support field service personnel with machine assembly and service activities
• Conduct training for operators on their respective activities
• Evaluate and report the performance of junior operators and contract workmen
• Execute attendance management activities for junior operators and contract workmen
• Plan and allocate work for junior operators and contract workmen
• Provide performance feedback to junior operators and work on their developmental plans

Required Profile

• Experience in machine assembly
• Experience in compressor testing
• Experience working in shifts
