The company understands that any information created, collected, processed, or distributed by the organization is an assetthat must be protected from unauthorized disclosure, modification, and/or destruction.

The organization has the responsibility to employ prudent information security policies, standards, and practices to minimize the risk to the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.

Business Continuity

The management of Excelsis recognizes information security as a critical aspect and an enabler that propels the security of organizational information and customer confidence. The company understands that any information created, collected, processed, or distributed by the organization is an asset that must be protected from unauthorized disclosure, modification, and/ordestruction. Excelsis emphasizes the importance of understanding its needs and the necessity of establishing a Business Continuity Management System in the best interest of Clients, Employees, and other interested parties.

We strive to implement business continuity, operate, controls, and take measures to manage the overall capability of the organization to manage disruptive incidents while fulfilling the applicable requirements.

The Business Continuity Management System shall ensure:

  • Delivery of critical services to customers within defined timelines.
  • Safety of our human resources and other assets.
  • Adherence to applicable Regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Process for risk management considering the adequacy of existing controls and risk acceptance, as applicable.
  • Enhancing awareness amongst stakeholders and encouraging participation in BCMS activities.
  • Minimum IT and physical infrastructure shall be available as redundancy.

We shall work with various stakeholders to ensure that all necessary BCMS plans are developed, deployed, tested, and reviewed for effectiveness.
